Michael Slavens

Michael has been writing, directing, and editing for the last 15 years. He has directed and edited projects for a variety of national brands including Purina, Freddie Mac, Capital One, HP, AT&T, Knoll, The Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Vevo, and Food+Wine Magazine. After growing up in Toronto, he attended NYU, earning a BFA in film production. In 2012, he also wrote and directed the award-winning short film What Cheer?.

“I try to find a little humor and whimsy in every project,” Michael once said in his own bio.

He also moonlights as the second-favorite parent to his two small daughters in Brooklyn, NY.
